Private sessions enable coaches to finely tailor every session to the needs of the individual and the targets they want to reach. Progressing the session at a rate that allows each player to understand technique and begin building a new 'feel'of a technique into the muscle memory. 

The aim is to give players an increased confidence in one or two areas of their own technique in each session. 

We advise a 45 minute session for players, this length of time enables us to work towards a target and improve technique without overloading the player. Once the players have the feel of a skill it is important they continue to ingrain the feel into muscle memory. 

45 minute sessions are £50.
